  1. The promotional campaign (Campaign) is open only for Indian citizens who are currently residing in India. Participants below the age of 18 can participate only with the consent of their parent(s)/legal guardian. 

  1. Participation in this Campaign is purely voluntary.

By participating in this Campaign, each Participant is deemed to have accepted the complete terms and conditions of this offer as well as the decisions of CavinKare Private Limited (hereinafter referred as ‘Company’) which are final and binding in all matters related to the Campaign. Successfully participating and winning a prize/prize(s) is subject to all requirements set forth herein. 

  1. Offer is a limited period offer. Offer is valid only till stock lasts. 

  1. Offer will be valid only till Feb 2026 or such other period as decided by the Company at its sole discretion. 

  1. Winners will be selected solely at the discretion of the Company based on the Feedback and quality of the answer provided. The Company’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding. No correspondence or clarification will be entertained regarding the selection process. 

  1. Each month, four (4) winners will be selected on a random basis from verified customer feedback. Prior to the final selection and issuance of the ₹1000 Amazon Gift Card, a confirmation call will be made to validate the winner’s details. The gift card or coupon code will be shared digitally via email or SMS to the winner’s registered contact details. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives. The Company will not be responsible for any loss, delay, or misuse of the gift card/coupon code once issued, and standard Amazon terms and conditions for gift card usage will apply.

  1. Company can withdraw/amend / alter / vary the offer at any time without any prior notice. 

  1. Participant/s confirms and hereby waives the applicability of rules and regulations of the National Do Not Call Registry and agrees to receive updates and promotional messages/SMS/Email/Call for current and future contests offers from the Company. 

  1. Any dispute arising out of the Promo and or the T&C shall be attempted to be resolved amicably through negotiations with CavinKare representative(s). In the event amicable settlement fails, such dispute, shall be referred to mediation, the venue of mediation shall be at Chennai.  

  1. All disputes shall be subject to exclusive Jurisdiction of Chennai Court only
