RETURN POLICY:
1. All products sold on www.cavinkart.com are non-returnable due to hygiene/health and personal care/wellness/consumable nature of the product.
2. Raise a return/replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery, if you’ve received wrong, expired, missing or damaged product(s). Proof for the same should be shared on mail support.cavinkart@cavinkare.com
3. In case of missing product(s), raise a request with within 48 hours from the time of delivery. We would require 72 hours to revert.
4. We encourage the customer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case the customer orders a wrong item, we shall not be entitled to any return/refund.
5. Products can only be returned or refunded under the following conditions: (i) delivery of an incorrect product, expired product, damaged product (including physical damage or tampering), or incomplete order (i.e., missing items).
6. Returns or refunds are not accepted under the following conditions: products that have been opened, used, or altered; original packaging (such as mono cartons and labels) is missing; return or replacement requests are made more than 2 days after delivery; or damaged or missing products are reported more than 2 days after delivery.
7. To process return/replacement, drop us an email with your order id and the picture of the damaged product at support.cavinkart@cavinkare.com or call at +91 93634 08007. Our customer support team will help you with your queries and resolve it at the earliest.
8. Please allow us 10 to 15 days from the day you return your package, for your request to be processed. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
9. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.
10. All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.
REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY:
1. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
2. Refunds will be through bank transfers. No cash refunds will be made. It would take our team at least 5 to 7 business days post refund initiation for online refund to be initiated.
3. The amount shall be credited to your account through the mode which the payment was done. It may take 15 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
