COD POLICY

  1. www.cavinkart.com gives you the option to pay Cash on Delivery across all major cities in India.
  2. You place an order on the website and enter your complete address during checkout.
  3. Cash on delivery is available for a minimum order amount of INR 300/- (including shipping charges). Orders above INR 2,000/- are not eligible for COD.
  4. Since we ship through courier companies, cash on delivery is available in areas where their COD services are enabled by the logistics partners.
  5. If cash on delivery is available in your area, you will see the option to pay via Cash on Delivery in payment methods. If Cash on Delivery is not available in your area, you can still proceed with your order by paying via credit card/ debit card/ Net banking.
  6. After you place an order, an automated SMS / WhatsApp message with OTP is sent to you to confirm your order. If you do not verify the OTP, the order will not be confirmed.
  7. Our team will check if you have entered a complete address and if they need additional information to successfully deliver the order, they'll reach out to you on the registered mobile number. If the required information is not shared with the team, there are possibilities of your order/s being cancelled from our end.
  8. After your order is processed, you will be intimated when a courier is assigned to your order. You can track the shipment and make sure it is received by you.
  9. At the time of delivery, only when you hand over the cash to the delivery person will the package be handed over to you. Please note that the courier companies do not allow you to open the package at the time of delivery. We have a return policy in case you would like to return the products.
  10. In case the shipment is not accepted, there is a possibility that you will no longer be eligible to avail cash on delivery facility on our website.
  11. A COD order once delivered cannot be refunded. A discount coupon or replacement for the same order value will be given that can be redeemed on the website.
  12. Incase of any item(s) getting damaged during transit, please connect with our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery along with the pictures/video of the damaged item(s) for us to verify the claim. A replacement or refund will be initiated within 3-4 working days after receiving your claim.
